Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incorrect message when rejecting a transaction by authorizer as follows:
{txn name} submitted successfully.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be message {txn name} rejected successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a customized transaction from maker.
2. Log in from authorizer and click on reference number
3. Reject this transaction
4. User see the reject message - {txn name} submitted successfully.
