Profiler Screen Does Not Save Non Choice Based Answers. (Doc ID 2551707.1)

Symptoms

In the profiler screen, when user captures responses for the Multiple choices and Non Choice based answers from UI for any particular client id, then after clicking on the 'Save' button the Score gets stored in the system.

However, when users again navigates to the Profiler screen to view the entered values, it is observed that the responses of the non choice based answers are not getting displayed in the screen.

There are no changes which triggered this issue.
