Getting "Could not find Error Message for [Error from com.ofss.digx.extxface.impl.endpoint.JMSEndpoint] , Please add it in ErrorMessages resource bundle !!!!!" While Creating Approval Rule For Corporate User (Doc ID 2552744.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create approval rule for corporate customer,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1. System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
2. Could not find Error Message for [Error from com.ofss.digx.extxface.impl.endpoint.JMSEndpoint] , Please add it in ErrorMessages resource bundle !!!!!


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure that OBDX is integrated with OBPM14.1 and Third Party Queue configuration is not maintained in System Configuration.
2. As a admin user, try to create new approval rule.
3. On the screen above mentioned two error will be shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin users cannot create rule for the corporate user without receiving the above mentioned errors. Although, it does not have any direct impact on rule creation on CASA accounts, from user experience perspective, those error are not expected on screen.
