Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Option to add row on mobile should be available in Dashboard builder. But in the current dashboard builder there is no option add row option on mobile.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Log in with Admin user
2) Goto dashboard builder
3) Under Design menu select retail
4) Click on view from the list
5) Select mobile in the builder screen
6) Click on edit
7) In the edit dashboard screen add row is not available
