Bank wants to perform multiple reassignment of deals for performing deletion / authorization

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Reassignment of an SE deal (preferably a new deal booked and kept on hold)
2. Reassigned User 1 unlocks the contract , enrich data and save
3. Perform Reassignment of the deal to another User
4. Check if the Reassignment is successful
5. Try performing deletion of the deal which should be successful

BUSINESS IMPACT

Since Reassignment to Available User with deletion / authorization rights is not possible, Deal remains unauthorized
impacting EOD
