File Not Found Error Observed when Clicking on View Error in Bulk File View Screen for a file with "SYSTEM ERROR" Status. (Doc ID 2554646.1)

Symptoms

On : FCDB 12.0.1 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

When attempting to view a Bulk File whose status is "System Error", the link opens into a "File Not Found" Page.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Application should open a text file displaying the actual error.

ERROR
-----------------------
A File Not Found Error is displayed on clicking View Error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into FCDB Internet Banking and Click on Bulk File View Screen
2. Click on any File with Status as "System Error"
3. Click on "View Error".

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:


Due to this issue, Users/Customers are not able to understand the actual reason for their file going into error state.
