Symptoms

On : 2.4 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Corrupt Data in CI_ACCT_EXTN for an account. The fields UNCLR_PAYMNT_AMT, OVERDUE_AMT, TOTAL_AVL_DISBRS_AMT, IOA_BALANCE_AMT have values as -999999999999999.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The fields UNCLR_PAYMNT_AMT, OVERDUE_AMT, TOTAL_AVL_DISBRS_AMT, IOA_BALANCE_AMT in FLX_COL_ACCT_DATA_XF for the same account with value as 0.

The data should be in sync for CI_ACCT_EXTN and should also have values as 0.
