STDCIF - Unlock button disabled after querying customer from other branch for multi branch access user

Open STDCIF, press Enter Query, input the wrong CIF number and Execute Query -> Error
Press ok, correct the CIF number, Execute Query -> CIF data are being populated, but do not have UNLOCK button on the screen.
access any subsystem and we close it -> Unlock button is coming.
