STDCIF - Unlock button disabled after querying customer from other branch for multi branch access user (Doc ID 2554763.1)

Symptoms

Open STDCIF, press Enter Query, input the wrong CIF number and Execute Query -> Error
Press ok, correct the CIF number, Execute Query -> CIF data are being populated, but do not have UNLOCK button on the screen.
access any subsystem and we close it -> Unlock button is coming.
