Symptoms
This issue is reported with Flexcube Universal Banking Solution (FCUBS) as Core banking.
When attempting to open e-receipt pdf file, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Failed to load PDF document.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as corporate user maker
2. Go to Activity log on dashboard
3. Click on payments transaction
4. Click on e-Receipt
5. Open the downloaded .pdf file
