CLDACCVM: Value Dated Amendment Screen Does Not List All Facilities Of Customer In Linked Reference Number Field (Doc ID 2555187.1)

Symptoms

Users cannot find any facility line while creating new link a Consumer lending account. Both customer and liability, facility lines are authorized and Open.

List of Values for Linked Reference Number comes as blank


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

• Created a facility in GEDFACLT save and authorize the same from say Branch A
• Visit screen CLDACCVM in Branch B. 
• Query for the account and do amendment. 
• Visit the linkage screen and check

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot add a facility line to the Consumer lending loan account
