PROBLEM: CI: Contract Liquidation- Fully Settled Contract is Appearing Active. (Doc ID 2555224.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Loan has been paid completely. However, the contract status is remained as Active.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the functionality, once the loan is settled completely, system should mark the loan as liquidated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the payment on the loan to pre-close.
2. Verify the loan status.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the fully liquidated loan is remained as Active.
