Error in upgrading to version 802

Hi Team,

We have encountered a problem in 802 upgrade in production. The installer gave null-pointer exception during "Appending TFM files." from
Please see the OFS_BD log file attached and let us know why this error has occurred.

We have verified the TFM xml and it is not corrupt.
