Symptoms

When attempting to save manual status change , the following error occurs.

ERROR

ST-OTHR-001 -- 'Unhandled Exception'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Take any account which has latest esn more than 3 digit
2. Launch manual status change screen and input the details for the same account.
3. Save the status change

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do status change .
