ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OLDTRONL System is not restricting amendment of financial data in contract screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should clearly restrict with error message when financial data (which supposed to be amended in OL amendment screen ) amended in contract screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick an OL contract
2. Unlock and change rate
3. Save

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Currently rate change system is allowing though after save and authorize its not effective. This will mislead the users.
