Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
All touch points are enabled for the user registers through self registration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank Admin has enabled only 3 touch points(Mobile Application, Mobile(Responsive), Internet). Rest of them are disabled.
Only 3 touch points (Mobile Application, Mobile(Responsive), Internet) should be enabled for the user registers through self registration.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User registers through self registration
2. Log in as admin
3. Go to user management
4. select user type as retail user
5. Enter username -> Search
6. Click on that user name
7. All touch points are enabled for the user registers through self registration
