File Upload Not Working For Feed 'FT_TRXN' (Doc ID 2557407.1)

Symptoms

On uploading a file for feed 'FT_TRXN', screen gives proper message on upload as 'Your request has been processed. Please check the log for details', also data is getting inserted in temporary table, but few columns are getting updated with blank/zero value.
