BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Webservice to view any TD accounts

Cause
The issue is caused by the following setup:

The environment path maintained for the Service is not pointing to the desired location. It was currently having the Factory shipped values. This needs to be modified every time the service is deployed in a new enviorment.

Solution
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Go into the Application Server where the Service is deployed

2. Navigate to path of the deployment area where Web.xml is deployed

3. Edit the file and correct the "env-entry-value " with that specific to the environment. This needs to be done at both location (one inside the WAR file and one outside the WAR file). The Value should point to the Configuration file location of Gateway EJB.

4. Restart the server and Retest the issue.

5. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
