PROBLEM: Reversals of RT transactions is happening even if Reversal flag is disabled in STDBRFUN (Doc ID 2557477.1)

1.Bank wants to disable Reversal of RT transactions.
2.Bank has unchecked "Reversal Allowed" and "Authorisation for Reversal" from STDBRFUN for the function.
3.Restarted app server,cleared cache,still user is able to reverse the transaction.
