Symptoms

Download e-receipt is failing with error message "System can not process the request." In the OBDX logs below error can be found:

ERROR

[ERROR] Failed to load the image: http://<IP>:<PORT>/images/bank-logo.png


SIMULATION STEPS
-----------------------
1. Do fund transfer and click on E-receipt button on top right corner of the fund transfer details.

3. On OBDX screen "System can not process the request." error message will be displayed.

4. In OBDX application log file, an error message similar to below can be found:

[ERROR] Failed to load the image: http://<IP>:<PORT>/images/bank-logo.png
