User is unable to modify/ close customer  account

ERROR

System throws ST-VALS-011,ST-CUS02,ST-ACC-105,ST-SAVE-008



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Try to close account from STDCUSAC screen
2. System throws above mentioned errors
