When Uploading Bulk File, Application Shows Error "Invalid debit account" (Doc ID 2559666.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload SDMC bulk file by corporate user, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid debit account.
Debit account currency is invalid.
Invalid Record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Corporate user
2. Upload Single Debut Multiple Credit (SDMC) bulk file

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload bulk file into application.
