Unable To Post Credit Transaction Into Dormant Account (Doc ID 2559997.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to post Credit Transaction into Dormant account.,
the following error occurs.

 AC-VAC33


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) In Account Level, the "Dormancy Parameter" is maintained as "ANY". Which means either CR or DR transaction can activate the account.
2) Try to post Credit into the account using 1401 Cash Deposit.
3) System is throwing error AC-VAC33 ( Account Is Dormant ).

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post entry on dormant account

Changes

 Code added to throw error if the account to be debited is a dormant account
in case of cash withdrawal.
