Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Deal cannot be modified due to error in variance


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to save the deal successfully with correct validation of settlement details


Error:

IS-C0002 DEAL_NOMINALAMT: Rate Variance is greater than Maximum Variance for the Product


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock a deal
2. Modify the settlement details as required
3. Save and check if rates input are correctly validated and deal is saved

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, Users cannot modify and save the deal on settlement date impacting Deal settlement during EOD

Changes

 Settlement account is being changed from Other Currency account to Contract Currency account
