Incoming message MT700 not archived and not visible from Incoming message Browser Summary screen (Doc ID 2560381.1)

On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Message MT 700 generated from Islamic LC Contract is not shown in Incoming message browser summary after processing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Incoming Message browser should display generated MT 700 messages

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Incoming message browser
2. Query a processed message MT 700
3. Check if SYSTEM displays the message

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the incoming messages which are already processed successfully

Changes

 DCN format was initially generated by SYSTEM, Now it is generated at EMS Layer hence DCN Format has changed
