An Error "Request already submitted for processing" is Observed When Generating Log In Audit Report For User (Doc ID 2560682.1)

An Error "Request already submitted for processing" has been observed when generating Log In audit report from screen [Reports -> Log In Audit] for user.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to Reports -> Log In Audit

2. Give any data range

3. Clicked on binocular icon against the User Name

4. Select any user and generate the report. Report will open in new tab. Once generated/downloaded,close the new tab and come to the parent page.

5. Follow all the steps mentioned above for another user and system will throw an error as "Request already submitted for processing" on clicking on generate report button.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bank users will not be able generate the Log In audit report for another customers.


 There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware which has triggered the issue.
