Unable to save changes to Customer account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock an existing customer from STDCUSAC screen
2. Uncheck the frozen flag
3. Click on save,System throws error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do a credit on the customer account as they are not able to unfreeze, remove no debit and no credit on this account.
