Symptoms

On : 11.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is not allowing to perform the reversal of the payment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The reversal operation should be allowed for the earlier performed payments.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the payment on the loan account.
2. Reverse the payment.
3. Verify the outstanding dues.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the reversal of the payment.
