Self Registration Using Loan Account Fails With Error "The information you have provided is incorrect. Please check your details."

In Self Registration with Loan Account transaction, account number validation fails if "extsystem.branch.code.inaccountmask" value is set to false.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to -> Menu -> Register -> Account type - Loan
2. Enter the details like first name,last name,DOB etc
3. After clicking continue button. user is getting error:
"The information you have provided is incorrect. Please check your details."
