Cache Clean Problem For Customization (Doc ID 2562010.1)

Symptoms

After deployment of every new channel folder on server we need to clean cache to reflect changes done for UI
At a developer side cleaning cache is not a problem, But at a customer point of view, we cant't suggest every user to clean browser cache.

This is happening specifically for customized changes(extensions) in channel folder.
