Screen CADCAMBL - Not Work Correctly For Amount Block

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
CADCAMBL -closure is not working correctly for amount block .
ERROR

"CA-AB005” The Effective date was in the Past
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to CADCAMBL and fetch any CIF that has accounts with blockages
2) Unlock the record and select any of the listed account that has blockage with Effective Date on the past.
3) Now click on Close of the blockage. An error will come on your screen “CA-AB005” that the Effective date was in the Past. In case you will go to CADAMBLK there you CAN close the blockage without checking any validation. We are expecting the Close to be also applicable on CADCAMBL as the Close check box is there.
