ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users details are being fetched with a lot of time delay.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users details should be fetched faster than current scenario.

 STEPS

 -----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into Bank Administrator

2. Click on Create Rules 

 BUSINESS IMPACT

-----------------------

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, Bank Admin Users cannot create and approve the rule.

 No change to the environment has caused this issue
