Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User can't view more than 10 record in uploaded file inquiry summary screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to view more than 10 records in uploaded file inquiry summary screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Corporate maker
2. Go to file upload -> Uploaded files inquiry
3. select file identifier, from date and to date
4. Click on search
