FT-UPCE0075 error for Uploaded MT103 With Cover (Doc ID 2563530.1)

Symptoms

An incoming MT103 has been uploaded together with its Cover MT910. Upon processing, MT910 has been properly Suppressed, however the MT103 has been put in Repair with error FT-UPCE0075.
