Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When rates are modified from external system, HO branch data is not populated in History table

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When rates are modified from external system, HO branch data along with other branches should be populated in History table

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Modify the rate for the HO branch  from External system

2) Check the Entries in cytb_rates_history table for all branches


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the backup data is inconsistent
