ISSUE WITH ADDING NEW SPEND CATEGORY (Doc ID 2564038.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to add new spend category,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 Record not found
The record was not found for [CATEGORY_ID=[][DETERMINANT_VALUE=OBDX_BU]


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Retail User
2. Go to toggle menu -> PFM ->Spend ->View Transactions
3. Click on edit against the transaction
4. Re categorize transaction window will pop up
5. Click on want to add new category and subcategory?
6. Enter category name and sub category name -> Save
