PC Contract Deleted After First Authorization (Doc ID 2564101.1)

PC contracts which reach Credit Exception Queue after authorization are successfully deleted by user. Issue was simulated in UAT1 env. after performing following steps:
1. save PC contract
2. Auth PC contract ->contract reached Credit Exception Queue due to insufficient amount on the customer account
3. Unlock and save contract -> in order for contract to be released from Exception Queue
4. Delete contract -> contract successfully deleted from PCDTRONL screen
System should not allow users to delete a contract which has first authorization. After contract is released from Credit Exception Queue user should only be allowed to authorize the contract or reverse it.
