Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When editing relationship matrix screen, Checkbox against transaction category(Inquiry and Transactions) is not checked when all transactions are selected under it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If all transactions are selected, checkbox value should be selected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin
2. Go to dashboard -> Relationship Matrix -> Edit
3. Select the checkbox against the Transactions
