Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The label for credit narrative field is different in Uploaded File Inquiry and E-receipt.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The terminology in onscreen(Uploaded File Inquiry) and e-receipt should be same.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Corporate maker
2. Go to uploaded file inquiry
3. Click on file reference number
4. Download e-receipt
