User Can't View The Remarks From Bank - Service Request (Doc ID 2564163.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Service request, User can't view the remarks from Bank in case of admin rejected a request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to view rejected remarks from bank like approved remarks.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Retail user
2. Raise a service request
3. Log in as admin
4. Go to request processing
5. Click on request name -> Reject
6. Enter Remarks ->Reject
7. Log in as Retail user
8. Go to track request
9. Click on rejected transaction

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not aware why their service request got rejected.
