ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On origination registration page, current label for user name is User ID.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On origination registration page, label for user name should be User Name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a savings product origination
2. Click on submit
