GEDFACLT - Making Sub Facility Available Not Checking Main Facility Availability Flag (Doc ID 2565708.1)

Symptoms

Bank is facing an issue when making sub facility available, it is not checking main facility availability flag.
this happens only when facility is linked to collateral pool.
Below error was encountered in log even though the collateral belongs to the same customer
but this error is not getting passed to screen and system successfully modified the facility.

FacilityKernelDao(JPA)-->inside Exception ::java.math.BigDecimal cannot be cast to [Ljava.lang.Object;
FacilityKernel-->Exception in validating GEDFACLT_94 One of Collaterals in Pool should have the same customer

Changes

 There was no null handling for customer restriction code for fetching object from object array was wrong. Handled the null for customer restriction.
