Incorrect ISO Response Sent By Flexcube When Length Of Response ISO Is More Than 999 Characters (Doc ID 2566114.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ISO messages have large data in field 127. The total length however is always with in 999 characters as per the standards. Due to this, the Switch Vendor is not able to read the response ISO sent by Flexcube.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct ISO message should be generated so that Switch Vendor is able to read it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Flexcube Switch Gateway receives the Request ISO.
2. The request is successfully processed in Flexcube.
3. The response is sent back to Switch Vendor.
4. Switch Vendor is not able to parse the response ISO as the the problematic ISO response is not consistent with other Flexcube ISO response messages, where the first 4 characters indicate the total length of the entire ISO message.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to not getting response from Flexcube, it has direct impact on services offered by VISA and Master Card like P2P transfer.
