Unable To Connect To 12c BIP From 12.1 Flexcube (Doc ID 2566766.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to generate BIP reports from 12.1 Flexcube application, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Processing has failed"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open any BIP report screen to generate BIP report.
2. Input mandatory details and then try to generate report.
3. System throws error “processing has failed”.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate BIP report in Flexcube application.
