Symptoms

On : 19.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

Screen not getting loaded properly for Savings origination.


After enabling Savings accounts origination following issues are faced.

1) Images are not present for originations.

2) Offers are not getting loaded .

Nullpointer Exceptions



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Savings Account Origination
2. Complete the details and submit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot initiate Savings account origination.
