CL Account Didn't Change With Correct Status. (Doc ID 2567358.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

First account: 
----------------
System has to change from SUBS => SPMN. Because IN_OVD is 60 days and PRN_OVD is zero But, system didn't change. it was SUBS

Second account:
System has to change from SUBS => SPMN. Because IN_OVD is 0 days and PRN_OVD is 73 days. But, system didn't change. it was SUBS
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both the accounts should be in SPMN status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a backdated CL account such that it has 4 monthly schedules overdue
2. Check the account status
3. Do payment for just for the first 2 Principal schedules
4. Check the account status

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the account on correct status

PROBLEM

---------------

When one of the component PRINCIPAL or the MAIN_INT are in overdue status but the other was not, system to consider the overdue component and derive the status based on that.
