Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sms-core-service not working as expected for certain APIs.

Sms-core-service is deployed in managed server(WLS_COMMON) .

When Bank tries to hit a few APIs, following exception "org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException Cannot acquire data source [jdbc/LMB]" is shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should return the successful Response

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Deploy sms-core-service on managed server(WLS_COMMON) .
2. Send REST request from a API
3. Check whether Respose is received

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process any request
