Outbound Cancellation - 'Recall Status Is Not Blank ' Message Does not Get Validated (Doc ID 2567644.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Outbound Cancellation - 'Recall status is not blank ' message does not get validated
Actual : Cancellation request status comes as blank and error message comes as Transaction is already marked for cancellation.Previous request is saved and authorized.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Cancellation request status should be rejected and message should be shown with Recall status
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to PXSOVIEW and select the transaction with recall status as "Recall Requested/Rejected /Pending"
2. Click on cancel request second time
3. Enter the mandatory fields in PXDTRNCL screen and click on save

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to get the correct information regarding the Rejection
