Validations Failed Error Encountered for Bulk Files Uploaded Using Hyphen(-) Character in Account Number (Doc ID 2567941.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload a bulk file for NEFT, the following error is observed in logs:

[ERROR MESSAGE] Validations failed. 
[EXTRA INFORMATION] [Validation Errors = ... Error Code: DIGX_FU_006, Message: Invalid debit account.

Simulation Steps :
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Application
2. Navigate to bulk file upload
3. Upload the file with hyphen (-) in account number
