When attempting to link other branch CL to BC and liquidate,
the following error occurs.

BC-EV0053!Processing of Accounting Entries for Event "LIQD" of BC contract FAILED
BC-AT004!FAILED to do accounting entries for Contract - Event "LIQD" and Event Sequence Number 2
