Symptoms


When attempting to create Standing Instruction, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SI where customer name greater than 35 Chars
2. Try to save SI.
3. System fails to save with error - FT-CUST02

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create SI with customer name more than 35 chars.
